Bill is 100% correct. The grocery tax and school choice are important issues but the threat of RCV in Idaho is a direct attack on our Idaho values and way of life and must be soundly defeated.

I would like to have seen keep the credit but reduce the grocery tax by 50-75%. Then apply the grocery taxes received to help pay for the credit
I agree, we need to establish priorities and tackle those. Rank choice voting will change everything.
Even if they will be difficult, we need to take a stand and address the voters' priorities.
