Thank you, Brian. This is even an issue at Preston High School! I was dumbfounded to hear from my grandchildren what is being allowed there, along with secret photos shot in the classroom as proof. It is grooming. Let kids be kids. My goodness.

When I am done administering a time-consuming, complex trust over the next few months, I am going to the principal and ask why this is allowed. What is the school district afraid of? Lawsuits? Then let's do it. We must act rather than being acted upon.

I just looked up the percentage of those who are "LBGTQ" in the United States, which is 7.6%. In Idaho, it's 2.8%. So, even though we are a nation that expresses equal rights for race, gender, and creed, why are we continuing to allow 2.8% of our Idaho population to instruct all our children of the reasons to become part of the LBGTQ community?

If anyone would come into a school or library to promote a specific religion or political affiliation, they would be denied. So, why do we accept this from the Gay community. I have had neighbors, a wife and wife with 3 kids. We were friendly to each other, and most of all, we did not promote or preach anything about religion, politics, or sexual preferences. If someone is gay, that's OK with me, but I oppose anything they do to recruit others to their beliefs, just as I do with religious missionaries who come to my door.
