Brian, was Senator Grow a big disappointment in your opinion? I definitely thought so.

HUGE disappointment.

I was frustrated with Sen. Grow. He did little to stop both the endless spending and the appropriations for wokeness, voted against the ESA, voted for Launch... his debate in favor of H24 was particularly disheartening.

I hope all his constituents who are equally frustrated will write to him. I did so twice after receiving his newsletter describing his “accomplishments.” I cannot remember exactly where I signed up for the newsletter, perhaps here: https://cscottgrowforidaho.com/. His email address is SGrow@senate.idaho.gov

I wrote both my reps Hill and Tanner along with Senator Grow. Grow’s office never responded. I followed up after and told Grow’s office I will now support the next conservative candidate that runs against him in the next primary.

Well said! I was disappointed that Herndon wasn’t on your A plus list...then I simply finished reading! I appreciate your perspective. Thank you!

Fantastic summary! Good choices overall for best/worst. Your writing is always clear, crisp, and makes me want to read everything from first to last paragraph. Kudos, Brian!

You wrote about Gov. Little:

"Imagine if he had the conservative leanings of a Ron DeSantis, Greg Abbott, or Kristi Noem."

I suggest:

Imagine if he had the conservative leanings of an Ammon Bundy, who would have made this state great again and helped keep it that way. Idaho lost so much when Gov. Little was re-elected. Yes, Bundy was a polarizing figure -- mostly because the press and the courts made him so -- but he would have governed with teamwork, executive and financial acumen, unwavering principles, love of state and country, deep understanding of our founding principles and documents, and no concessions to special interests. It's too bad the election outcome did not reflect all that.

District 21 Senator T. BERNT NEARLY a near total failure where it counts. PETEZK TOTAL failure ( his support from Gov LITTLE) was a warning flag for what was to come from PETEZK’S votes. I COMPLETELY AGREE with you. Not looking great for Representative J. Ehlers. By the way NONE ARE CALIFORNIA TRANSPLANTS just for the record, but if they were that could have explained their votes. Senator B. Lenny is a Calif transplant and TOTALLY REPRESENTS THE CONSERVATIVE WAY.
